I Would Like To Hear From Another Woman, Who Is

I would like to hear from another woman, who is in her 60's and has had a Retrocele and Enterocele Surgical Repair, as to whether sexual intercourse is painful from Vaginal scar tissue--after the surgery?
I'm also wondering if it is possible to somewhat repair a Rectocele and Enterocele prolapse through Vaginal excercise therapy--and do without surgery?
