I Would Like To Know About A Condition I Read

I would like to know about a condition I read about, I think it was called Senile Rhinitis. It was found to be successfully treated with a Capsacian(?) nasal spray. The symptoms were chronic frequent runny nose with no allergies or cold. Can you help me with some info?
