I Would Like To Know How Much Carbohydrate There Is

I would like to know how much carbohydrate there is in metamucil 75% less sugar per serving.
I am very desapointed that the sugar free version of metamucil is no longer available.
Being a person with diabetic insulin dependent type 1 it make a difference.
