I Would Like To Know If I Should Worry About

I would like to know if I should worry about this symptoms? Two days ago i started like a flu with a headache and a sore throat so i took allergy medicine thinking it could be that... And I could breath better but the sore throat and headache were constant, i finally went to bed and sweat all night and i was better but extremely tired. Last night I took something for the cold and in the middle of the night I woke up because my chest was pounding very strong it was shaking my whole body but I had no pain i just moved and I went to bed.... Today i have back and chest stiffness and i am very soared like if something had beaten me... I still have stiff shoulders and neck... What should I do?
I am by myself and there is nobody close here....
