I Would Like To Know If Any Of You Recommend

I would like to know if any of you recommend "infusions" for assistance with problems from PANDAS/PANS, for children who have problems with the blood brain barrier resulting in neurological/swelling of the basal ganglia when exposed to Strep virus (PANDAS), and other infections (PANS)? These children with this newer disorder have difficulty with resultant behavioral issues. Where are the doctors that are knowledgeably and can be trusted with infusions? Does health insurance now cover these infusions in some places? Thank you.
