I Would Like To Know If There Is A Chance

I would like to know if there is a chance my wife is pregnant. we had intercourse 1 month and a week ago. She has been on pills for around 2 years now and I was not using a condom. Recently she has been feeling sick nauseous throwing up sick and her breast hurt and her abdomen does too. She eats very little even before we had intercourse and she can't eat spicy things. Her stomach has been moving but it's only been a month which I think is too soon. She has an irregular period so what I thought is that she will have a heavy period. We took 2 pregnancy test and they both were negative. I would like to know if there is a possibility she is pregnant
