I Would Like To Know What I Can Take In

I would like to know what I can take in the place of premarin 2.5, which I have taken for 30 + years now my insurance does not cover. I stopped taking it in 2014. I suffer with Osteoporosis and I have lost a tremendous amount of weight. I feel it has to do with the lack of hormones.
