I Would Like To Know What Causes "peyromigia", I Am

I would like to know what causes "peyromigia", I am sure I spelt it wrong however, do you understand what I mean? I had one dog who was about a year old that had it, and I have a Malinois who is ten who had it and she ended up with a hystorectomy not long ago. I was told that a "abortion shot", caused it in my other dog, but this one didn't have a shot of any kind. Thank you.
