I Would Like To Start Getting Fit Again And I

I would like to start getting fit again and i have been trying to im in grade nine im trying to get fit cause i noticed that at the begining of grade 8 i could run 40 laps in gym and at the end i could only do 20 laps and lately in the process of going for runs i get this feeling as if my lungs are filling with fluid please help!
