I Wrecked My Knee As A Soccer Goalie On Turf

I wrecked my knee as a soccer goalie on turf field. It has a fairly big scrape, way to big to put any kind of bandaid on. I have wounds on both knees and they are leaking a clear fluid. I haven't really been able to cover them with anything but I've been putting Neosporin on it about five times a day. It has a big white soft scab like thing over it. Is it infected? What's the liquid,,?
