I Wrk At A Job That Doesn't Have Heating For

I wrk at a job that doesn't have heating for the wrks but plenty in the main office.
They give us one source of heat and it's a torch kerosene heater. I have to go stand by it often to get warm. I get very dizzy, nauseous and hard breathing. I just feel very bad at wrk. Soon as I get home I pass out for hours and still feel terrible. Also black mold everywhere in the building and I have asthma.
I'm 5 wks 4 days pregnant. Is it the heater causing my problems. I can't take the feeling anymore.
