I Zipped My Pee Hole While Putting On Pants 2

I zipped my pee hole while putting on pants 2 years ago. It healed but my pee hole is getting larger and is really sore after sex. The thin piece of skin that used to keep it closed gone. I dribble pee all the time after I go to pee. Can it be stitched back to normal? Please help it hurts and is embarrassing. My family doctor just says I have live with because they don't fix that. Thank you
