I*I Had A Fly Bite At The Lake A Week

I*I had a fly bite at the lake a week ago At least I think it was a deer fly, not a tick. It has been itching a lot and the area was all red. Now this after noon there is like a bullseye rash around the area. I didn't see a tick on me. I was sitting in a lawn chair.
