I'M 32 Yrs Old Girl ,height Is 5.4 And Weight

I'M 32 yrs old girl ,height is 5.4 and weight is 53 .My ESR is 44 ,HB is 8.6 and Mountex report is Erythema is 20 nd Induration is 8 after 48 hrs And Erythema is 24 nd Induration is 10 after 72 hrs is this positive or negative.should I take another supportive test to confirm it or not what I should do it ,pls advice ?
