IS Calasoft Effective For Facial Allergies?

i have developed some sort of facial allergy when i was travelling to HK from London (resident in london). there are few painful pimples..and my entire face has this tiny little bumps..thousand of them all across my forehead...there are some dry patches too..! its been there for a week..i have stopped applying anything to my face...can i use calasoft ?
