IS Soframycin Cream Effective For Skin Warts?

I have a tiny wart - very minute projection of skin of the size of a big mustard seed on the front exterior of my right armpit - which, may be owring to rubbing, tries to give way causing a very mild burning sensation becoming reddish around the base. Can I apply Soframycin skin cream or just leave it as it is? Is it serious?
