IUI Done With Clomid, Hcg Injection, Progesterone, Cyst On Ovary, High Temperature During Follicular Phase

Hi, last cycle was my first iui cycle, with 100mg clomid , hcg injection, and progesterone post iui. My doctor found a cyst on my right ovary so all medication was put on hold, but we plan to do an iui when I get a positive OPK. My temps during this follicular phase have been abnormally high (98.17-98.48)... Closer to my Luteal phase temps. Could this be due to the cyst? If not, any thoughts as my why my temps are so high? I am currently on cycle day 7. My typical follicular phase temps are 97.4-97.9. Thank you!
