Iam 21 year male not involved in any relationship and i have a congestion of blood in area of scrotum so i went to dr and diagnosed to normal but inflammation in vas defrens according to dubbler x ray that i did .. what is the possible cause of this and sometimes i have pain slight .. in rt testicle .. and i'm using daflon 500 only 3 times daily .. what is the best diagnosis to my case and i have congestion of blood at end of day and som times in middle day
