Iam 23year Old, Never Drink, Don't Have Sex, Don't Smoke

Iam 23year old, never drink, don't have sex, don't smoke or use drug. I went for my yearly check up and had blood test. My test came back that my blood is abnormal. My doctor thinks that I might have hepatitis. She schedule for ultrasound next month. I am worry, could sleep. Am I possible get hepatitis ?
