Iam 27 Years Old, Not Married. Iam Affected By Hypothyroidism.

Iam 27 years old, not married. Iam affected by hypothyroidism. Iam taking eltroxin 50mg for 3 years. after i took tablets i felt well and lost overweight. but now i felt palpitations in head and neck. usually i experience it oneday before periods. but now i experience this frequently and whenever i drink coffee. during this palpitation sensation, i cant think relaxed and i cant work. my mind starts to tremble. i cant sleep asap. usually i got 3 days of menstration. but last month it reduced to 2 day only. then i took TSH, T3 and T4 test. It reveals that i got higher values of TSH of about 0.9 above normal(5.5- normal, but my result 5.9). so docter prescribed thyrox 50mg + half of thyrox 25mg daily (i.e around 62.5mg daily). but still my symptoms not resolved. during this month period, i felt palpitation in my lower stomach in first day. even now i felt palpitations at back of my head and neck, tension in my forehead. i stopped taking coffee for longer time. Please help me docter.
