Iam 33 Yrs Old, I Hav 7 Yrs Old Son,

Iam 33 yrs old, i Hav 7 yrs old son, planning for 2nd pregnancy, but i had 3 missed abortion, I had got once sizzure 3yrs back n iam on oleptal 150 mg once daily ,anti phospholipid tests is negative and torch test cmv IgG and rubella tests r positive. I have taken rubella vaccine 1 year back. Plz suggest me what i should do next.
