Iam 74 Yrs.old, Pretty Strong, I Do Have 9 Pins

Iam 74 yrs.old, pretty strong, i do have 9 pins in my hand from a fall/slip i had about 9 yrs ago, I did move some very heavy furniture by myself 4 days ago and now my wrist is hurting and also my forearm although, not quite to the elbow but closer to the wrist.could I have dislodged some of the pins in my hand
