Iam A 35yr Old Woman, A Smoker, And Have Had

Iam a 35yr old woman, a smoker, and have had slight chest pains, about 7 months ago I started taking aspirin, extra strength about 6 a day, thinking it would help me not have a heart attack, it's stupid I know, so I think I eventually made my self sick. About the same time I had to go in for a lumpectomy, so I thought I had cancer not realizing it was not, and it probably was the aspirin. So I have basically stopped taking the aspirin, and now my arms and legs feel achy and I have been having the slight chest pains again, went to the er and they gave me an ecg and it came back normal, my question is could I have thinned my blood out so much from the aspirin that I may be getting blood clots now?
