Iam A 58 Y/o Female With Palpable Submandibular Lymph Nodes.

Iam a 58 y/o female with palpable submandibular lymph nodes. I had a CT scan with and without contrast, impression: No neck mass or lymphadenopathy. Small lymph nodes throughout the neck, not pathologic by size criteria. They likely represent reative lymph nodes. Two subcentimeter nodules in the inferior aspect of the superficial lobe of the left parotid gland could represent intraparotid lymph nodes. Neoplastic process is less likely, but cannot be totally excluded. Clinical correlation advised. Consider F/U exam.
