Iam Concerned About My Mother Suffering From Severe Pain Inside

Iam concerned about my mother suffering from severe pain inside left ear, there is no dirt ot blood discharging outside and no other pains.she also getting severe pain while swallowing the food. took antibiotics which gave her a temporary relief but after a while the same pain evolved again.please kindly suggest a permanant solution. thank you.
