Iam Feeling A Little Light Headed And Unstable. I Had

Iam feeling a little light headed and unstable. I had a physical just a few days ago and all was good. I take high BP mediation and missed my dose yesterday. I also had back surgery August 12 of this year. Had/have stenosis and the dr fused my L 3,4 and 5. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. My blood pressure is 147 over 85. Should I be worried or could it be a little panic attack or anxiety?
