I'am Having Cronic Pain In Both Shoulders, Affecting My Strengh

I'am having cronic pain in both shoulders, affecting my strengh and range of motion with out additional pain. I'm also having right hip pain that runs through my groin and down my hamstring.
Family doctor says to stay of Vytorin for a while and take 600mg advil morning and night. Been doing this for 6 days now with littlel relief.
