Iam Having Pain In My Left Side. I Also Am

Iam having pain in my left side. I also am have hot flashes. I went through menopause 25 plus years ago. Can you go through it more than one time? I have cirrhosis. Seems like in the last month and a half I've been having a lot of pain in both of my sides. but, more so on the left. I've been fighting with diarrhea for almost 2 months. My doctor can't seem to find the cause. I am at a loss. Due to having shoulder surgery in a week these issues have me concerned.
