I'am Having Stiff Chest, Left Side Neck,collarbone,scapula,shoulder,pain Going Downwards In

I'am having stiff chest, left side neck,collarbone,scapula,shoulder,pain going downwards in arm,nape of neck too pulled.Not comfortable while sleeping or sitting.When I cough ,it hurts a lot in all left side ,especially at side of left neck.Rest no other problem.
