Iam On Painkillers As I Seem To Have A Cracked

Iam on painkillers as I seem to have a cracked hip. I've been taking codeine (4) 4 times a day,but my reapeat isn't due yet. I've also got Diclofenacsodium 75mg, Tramadol,HCI 50mg, and Oxynorm capsules 5mg.Which should I take, can any of them be taken together. This is just to fill in until my codeine repeat is due.
