Iam seventy yearsold man with diabetiees and high blood pressure history of over thirty years.everything is under contol with proper mediction .about three months back I had a fall on the road while walking with oviously clear reaon of feet getting struck with a pavement tile that was above the lrvel. on checking it was found that I am not lifting my right foot/leg as normally.
