Iam Suffering From Anxiety Disorder And Due To Which My

Iam suffering from anxiety disorder and due to which my pulse rate becomes high . I have been prescribed bisoheart 2.5. With this my bp and pulse remain controlled. My son is mentally challanged and his rehabilitation causes anxiety in me. Now i find that when there is wastage of money i get tense and depressed. Otherwise it is normal.
Will nexito 10 advisable in my case or some other medicine is advisable.
