Ian having an empty feeling in my stomach- no appetite, very nervous, have a fear of something happening to my family. This just started 4-5 days ago when I quit taking tramadol for my neck and back. I know I'm having some depression b/c I have had it before. I'm taking Effexor XR 75 mg twice daily. Can you give me any suggestions?
