I'd Been Coughing For A Week. Started Like Pain In

I'd been coughing for a week. Started like pain in my troat then I list my voice and 3 days ago I started with a dry cough, congestion, pain in my left ear. I feel the need to bloe my nose constantly because I can't breath an just dry mucus with blood comes out, I can't sleep with this cough.
