Ied Have Terrible Artritis In My Neck Which Doctors Think

Ied have terrible artritis in my neck which doctors think is causing the pain in my upper arms, I can't sleep at night but about 2 hours tops, I need to know what I can do toi relieve the pain so I can sleep in the bed all night. Do you know if the bedrest pillows would help?
