If I Eat Late Before Going To Bed I Often

If I eat Late before going to bed I often get a low grade headache, lower jaw and arm pain and rarely chest pains. I see a Cardiologist regularly and he insists these pains aren,t heart related. When these pains occur I take a Nitro tab and in three minutes or less the pains go away. Am I having a esophageal episode due to the late eating?
