If I Got Rid Of Scabies But Every Now And

If I got rid of scabies but every now and the I gets itchy bumps that sometimes just goes away and I go months without itching then it comes back Do I still have it. I've been in contact with people for a year my boyfriend and I share the same bed for almost a year and he has no signs or other family members. Is this just post scabies and my skin became sensitive or what? How do I also get rid of scabie scars the dark marks? It's really embarrassing. Thank you
