If I Have 80% Blockage In The Back Of My

If I have 80% blockage in the back of my legs main artery and they tell me to diet and exercise but I do that everyday I am a 53 year old man and work in the oil field would you get a second opinion and what would you do would you go immediately to the doctor or diet and exercise like the first opinion see it and I had a heart attack a month and 2 weeks ago from heart blockage from the back side of my heart 95% blocked that most likely came from 80% blocked of my legs
