If I Have Dust Mite Allergies And Every Now And

If I have dust mite allergies and every now and then I suffered from tonsils, even before the fallowing happened. I had protected sex with an unknown status woman, but I forgot to check the condom afterwards. I got a 4th generation test done at 40 days after exposure and it came back as negative or non reactive.
Will my dust mite allergies and tonsil problems put me in the 5% of false negative rate? since 4th generation test detects 95% of infections after 28 days.
