If I Haven't Had My Valsartan 160mg In The Last

If I haven't had my Valsartan 160mg in the last 24 hours, and my blood pressure is less than it is when I'm on Valsartan, could it be that I don't need it? Also, the doctors put me on it when my husband and I were having issues and I think that's why my blood pressure was high. Now things are good and my last day to work is today I retire, and my blood pressure has been between 118/70 - 139/64
