If I hold my urine for a long time (long enough for me to get "jumpy"), when I finally urinate, at the end of the urination I feel burning at the tip of my penis. I don't feel burning when I urinate normally. I was tested for UTI and it came negative. What could be the cause this specific burning? Thanks!
