If I Severly Stubbed My Smallest Toe 11 Days Ago.

If I severly stubbed my smallest toe 11 days ago. And had bruising and swelling along four toes the top of my foot and even close to my heel. It was tender to touch and walking on, but I could always move it. Now all swelling and most bruising is completely gone, but my foot aches when not being used and itches and is slightly sore when walking. Should I go to doctor or is it too late now?
