If I Shift My Left Shoulder Forward Or Backwards, I

If I shift my left shoulder forward or backwards, I get a Strang sensation in my shoulder it's not painfully but it feels like a dozen tiny elastic strings snapping (each one almost feels like a tiny shock). It's completely random but happens most often after excessive use.
