If I slouch to put on a shoe, for example, I get this sudden feeling under my right rib as though something got twisted and flipped or getting pinched off. It's uncomfortable and makes me feel as though I'm afraid to move until it " flips" its self right again. I feel pressure when it happens and is very uncomfortable. I wouldn't say painful. It only lasts seconds before it rights itself again.
