If I Sneeze, The Body's Normal Reaction Is To Instantly

If I sneeze, the body's normal reaction is to instantly swallow...It's like a muscle response. BUT...when I swallow it triggers another sneeze....which triggers another swallow and then another sneeze...over and over. The problem is I can't catch my breath in between these reactions and I start to choke. As you might imagine, my eyes also start to water...which makes the nose drain more...thus drawing out the episode even longer.
