If I Take 10 Mg Of Tianeptine 9am Is It

If I take 10 mg of tianeptine 9am is it better to wait until say 2pm to take 10 mg of baclofen. Also how many weeks can it be used to prevent withdrawal. I can cycle off and use one .50 of Xanax a day for a week or ten days in between. Just looking toward the least problematic method to use these meds.
