If I Take One Extra Tylenol Pm (i Almost Never

If I take one extra Tylenol pm (i almost never take them) could that keep me awake rather than make me tired? When i seldom do take one i usually get to sleep a little faster than normal, but I still struggle to sleep. I took two to try to fall asleep faster but they only made me feel wide awake throughout the night. Was this just a coincidence or was it the Tylenol? Thanks!
