If I Took An 8mg Suboxone First Then Took 40

If I took an 8mg suboxone first then took 40 mg of adderall, can I feel a good feeling off of it at all? I'm honest and that's the reason I took the adderall, so please be honest bc if not people already told me that it was a good combo so just checking from a docs point of view?
