If A Parkinson's Pt. On Meds Is Unable To Speak

If a Parkinson's pt. on Meds is unable to speak on reg doses but has clear speech when sine met was omitted for couple days, does this possibly suggest overdose during the long term sine met use period, especially if pt never seemed to have tremors during the regular dosed period and could feed themselves? Cannot afford to pay for your help. Thanks if u can help.
