If A Person Develops Black Stool After Taking NSAIDS For

If a person develops black stool after taking NSAIDS for 5 days, then stops taking the NSAIDS and the black stool goes away after 4 days of not taking the NSAIDS. And the person's blood count goes down while having the black stool. Should this person still go to the emergency room a week after the black stool is gone to be evaluated?
